Sexy, sophisticated and stylish are the words that pop into my head when someone mentions the the Dos Pedros Lofts.  These lofts are single family residences really close to downtown Tucson.

Another Rob Paulus (the architect, also known for the Ice House Lofts, Indigo Modern Lofts, Barrio Metalico Lofts and others) design, the Dos Pedros Lofts are located in the historic Barrio Viego.  They are 2 bedroom 2 bath homes with private courtyards and parking.

Like many of the lofts in Tucson, the TEP approved construction of the Dos Pedros Lofts includes many green features as well as designer finishes. 

I particullary love the privacy of these lofts.  Once you are inside the courtyard gate, it feels like there is no one and nothing else around.

If you are looking at lofts, you certainly want to see a Dos Pedros Loft . If one is available, of course.
